Playa Bowls is hiring a full-time, on-site General Manager for its Belmar, New Jersey location. The role owns daily shop operations, guest experience, food quality, financial performance, staffing, scheduling, compliance, inventory, and vendor coordination, while leading Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members. The position requires 40–45 hours per week, including some weekends and holidays, and requires Playa Bowls Food Safety certification within three months of employment.
