Playa Bowls is hiring a full-time, on-site General Manager for its Gainesville, Florida shop. The role owns daily shop operations, guest experience, food quality, financial performance, staffing, scheduling, compliance, inventory, and vendor coordination, while leading Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members. The position requires 40–45 hours per week, including some weekends and holidays, and offers medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, and 401(k) benefits.
