Description
The General Manager will lead a restaurant store by developing leadership teams, managing talent and performance, maintaining guest experience and brand standards, resolving store challenges, and owning full P&L accountability. The role also involves local marketing, community engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. It requires one year of full-service restaurant General Manager experience or 3–5 years of service-industry management experience, Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service certifications, and preferably a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business.
