Description
The General Manager will oversee daily operations of an assigned aerospace MRO facility, manage internal teams and external partners, ensure maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities are completed on schedule, and maintain quality, safety, labor, inventory, and cost performance. The role includes production planning, budgeting, capital equipment analysis, employee recruitment and development, and collaboration with sales, supply chain, quality, and other PAG leaders. It is an on-site position in Camarillo, California, requiring a high school diploma or equivalent, a strong aviation or MRO management background, and at least five years of management experience. Compensation is $180,000–$205,000 in annual base salary plus potential performance-based incentive compensation, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
