Description
Presentail is seeking a General Manager to act as the CEO’s right hand and oversee day-to-day operations, cross-functional leadership, logistics, vendor management, customer experience, budgets, KPIs, and business growth. The role includes recruiting and developing staff, improving supply-chain and fulfillment processes, managing financial performance, and supporting new revenue streams. Candidates should have at least five years of operations, general management, or leadership experience, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or retail, along with strong leadership, communication, people-management, P&L, and analytical skills. The position offers a hybrid work model and performance-based incentives.
