Primanti Brothers® is hiring a Head Coach (General Manager) to lead restaurant operations, develop and recruit staff, drive sales, manage labor and food costs, oversee budgets and payroll, and maintain food quality and equipment standards. The role requires at least three years of restaurant management experience, with one year as a General Manager preferred, and offers a base salary of $68,000–$85,000 annually plus bonus eligibility, health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement contributions, paid leave, and other allowances.
