The General Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient production while driving strategic initiatives aligned with the company's circularity goals.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Demonstrable experience leading manufacturing operations
Prior rPET manufacturing washline experience is ideal.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership and management responsibility.
Minimum of 5 years of P & L experience.
Experience leading a multi-functional team.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous employment by a Fortune 500 company preferred.
Prior laboratory experience is ideal.
Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to optimize near-term results that contribute to long-term sustainable success.
