Description
Restaurant Technologies is hiring a General Manager I to lead depot operations, team leaders, and hourly staff at a depot serving up to 800 customers. The role manages employee engagement and performance, safety and OSHA/DOT compliance, fleet maintenance, oil-management equipment installations, service quality, oil distribution, inventory accuracy, HACCP and FDA food-safety compliance, and depot financial performance including budgets and P&L reporting. It requires at least one year of operations and management experience, with route-based service or distribution leadership preferred, and involves up to 20% travel.
