Radisson Hotel Group is hiring a General Manager to lead Park Inn by Radisson Poznań and drive the hotel’s commercial performance, operational excellence, guest experience, and team culture. The role oversees the P&L, manages daily operations, leads and develops department heads, builds stakeholder relationships with owners and investors, and reports to the Managing Director. Candidates should have hotel management experience with commercial and operational responsibility, experience leading department heads, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and English and Polish language ability.
