Description
SecondShop is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a busy transport and warehousing terminal. The role oversees daily transport and warehouse operations, establishes KPIs and operating standards, improves accountability and process discipline, mentors supervisors and frontline teams, ensures regulatory compliance, manages budgets and resources, and builds relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The position requires at least seven years of leadership experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain operations, along with strong knowledge of transportation compliance, warehouse safety, KPI management, and operational leadership.
