Description
STA is hiring a full-time, exempt General Manager to support and lead Operations/Terminal Managers for school transportation facilities in the Elizabeth, Pennsylvania or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania surrounding area. The role oversees daily facility operations, customer service, payroll and accounts, financial reporting, routing and scheduling, driver recruitment, new location startups, contract renewals, regulatory compliance, safety, and regional business development. The position requires multi-location experience, up to 60% travel, a bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and at least four years of related experience or training.
