Swickard Auto Group is hiring a General Manager to lead the full operation of Land Rover San Francisco, a high-volume luxury automotive dealership in downtown San Francisco. The role owns P&L performance across new vehicle, certified pre-owned, finance, service, and parts; leads variable and fixed operations; manages the JLR OEM relationship; develops senior leadership and store talent; and supports strategic planning and market growth. Candidates need at least three years of General Manager experience at a franchised dealership, with luxury-brand experience preferred. The position offers an OTE of $180,000 to $300,000+ per year and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
