Swickard Auto Group is hiring a General Manager to lead the full operation of Audi Oakland, a high-volume luxury dealership in the East Bay. The role owns P&L performance across new vehicle, pre-owned, finance, service, and parts; develops and coaches leadership teams; manages variable and fixed operations; oversees the Audi OEM relationship; and recruits and retains talent. Candidates need at least three years of General Manager experience at a franchised dealership, with Audi or luxury brand experience preferred. The position offers an OTE of $180,000 to $300,000+ per year and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
