The Common Market is hiring a General Manager to lead day-to-day and long-term performance of its Philadelphia distribution facility. The role owns warehouse operations, trucking and fleet management, food safety compliance, frontline team leadership, staffing, performance management, labor and operating costs, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Customer Support, and National Operations. It requires a hands-on operational leader with 7–12+ years of relevant experience, 3–5+ years of team leadership, food-handling and food-safety experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The position is full-time and onsite in Philadelphia, with an annual salary of $100,000 and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
