The Business Unit General Manager will oversee the entire operations of their assigned Business Unit, focusing on strategy, growth, and operational excellence. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans, driving commercial expansion, ensuring robust operational efficiency, fostering talent development, and managing all necessary resources for sustained success. The manager will lead across various critical areas such as strategy and vision, health and safety, environment and sustainability, team leadership and human resources, marketing and business development, and comprehensive business administration and risk management.
