Responsibilities include developing team goals, meeting sales targets, enforcing company policies, managing human resources, protecting company assets, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Ensures continuous implementation and enforcement of company policies, programs, and procedures, including adherence to work order and invoice policies.
Ability to attract, hire, train, and retain engaged team members at all levels.
Proficiency in maintaining team member schedules aligned with company guidelines, business needs, and proper payroll controls.
Ensures weekly compliance with timecard and wage/hour law requirements.
Responsible for protecting company assets, cash, inventory, equipment, systems, and documents.
Ability to step in and assist with duties of absent team members.
Compliance with state, local, and federal laws.
Ability to delegate authority and subsequent ownership of functions appropriately.
Maintains a neat, clean, and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
