The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and overseeing daily operations. They will develop and communicate goals, maintain policy compliance, attract and retain talent, manage schedules, protect company assets, and ensure legal compliance.

Proficiency in managing team member schedules according to company guidelines, business needs, and payroll controls, ensuring compliance with timecard and wage/hour law requirements.
Responsible for protecting company assets, cash, inventory, equipment, systems, and documents.
Ability to step in and assist with duties of absent team members.
Compliance with state, local, and federal laws.
Ability to delegate authority and subsequent ownership of functions appropriately.
Maintains a neat, clean, and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
