Ensures continuous implementation and enforcement of company policies, programs, and procedures, including adherence to work order and invoice policies.
Ability to attract, hire, train, and retain engaged team members at all levels.
Proficiency in managing team member schedules, adhering to company guidelines, business needs, and payroll controls, with weekly compliance checks for timecards and wage/hour laws.
Responsible for safeguarding company assets, cash, inventory, equipment, systems, and documents.
Ability to step in and assist with duties of absent team members.
Compliance with state, local, and federal laws.
Ability to delegate authority and subsequent ownership of functions appropriately.
Maintaining a neat, clean, and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
