Description
The Modern is hiring a General Manager to drive operational excellence and hospitality at its two-Michelin-star restaurant in New York City. The role leads the management team, partners with the Director of Operations and Executive Chef, manages guest feedback and team development, oversees daily operations and administrative responsibilities, and supports company-wide initiatives. Candidates need at least five years of restaurant and hospitality leadership experience; a bachelor’s degree and Spanish knowledge are preferred. Compensation is $130,000–$140,000 annually plus performance-based bonus potential, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
