Description
Cinépolis USA is hiring a Theater Operations Manager to oversee all theater operations, including staff recruitment and training, guest service, food and beverage sales, inventory, financial reconciliation, scheduling, revenue management, compliance, and online reputation. The role reports to a Regional Manager, requires a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, management, or a related field, at least five years of in-seat dining theater or restaurant operations management experience, and at least three years of F&B management experience. It is a full-time, exempt management position requiring availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a schedule of at least five days per week and up to 50 hours per week.
