Description
Via is hiring a General Manager to lead the on-site daily operations of its intermodal transit service in Rochester, Minnesota. The role manages drivers, dispatchers, mechanics, and other ground staff; coordinates scheduling and operational issues; develops team members; represents the operation with customers, community leaders, and partners; monitors KPIs; analyzes data; and ensures compliance with applicable regulations. Candidates need at least five years of operations management experience, a bachelor's degree, strong leadership and communication skills, and must be local to Rochester or willing to relocate. The base salary is $110,000-$160,000 per year, with relocation coverage and medical, 401K matching, and other benefits.
