Voyago is seeking a General Manager for their Transit Division in the Greater Toronto Area, Central Ontario, and Durham Region. The successful candidate will report to the Vice President, Transit, and will be responsible for leading, performing, and growing the Transit division's operations. This includes driving operational excellence, ensuring financial performance, and fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders. The role involves translating organizational vision into operational plans, monitoring financial performance, overseeing daily transit operations like dispatch and scheduling, and developing teams. The General Manager will also manage customer relations, participate in community initiatives, and handle administrative tasks such as reporting and payroll.
