WhiteWater Express is hiring a General Manager to lead the overall performance and operations of a WhiteWater location. The role oversees daily operations, staff development, customer service, safety, sales, financial performance, payroll, hiring, training, and compliance. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment, and experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees. The position offers a base salary of $60,000 to $65,000 plus bonus potential, along with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement matching, life insurance, and free weekly car washes.
