Description
Wonder is hiring a General Manager to lead a multifunctional shared-kitchen location serving dine-in, pickup, and delivery channels. The role oversees kitchen, service, staffing, labor and food safety compliance, inventory, customer experience, operational KPIs, and the location’s P&L, while managing employees, shift leaders, and contracted partners. The General Manager will also develop talent, support store openings, represent Wonder with local partners and vendors, and drive business growth. The position requires at least three years of experience leading complex operations, P&L ownership, KPI management, and cross-functional collaboration, along with an applicable Food Manager Certificate, availability for nights and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
