Description
Wonder is hiring a General Manager to lead a multifunctional shared-kitchen location serving dine-in, pickup, and delivery channels. The role oversees kitchen, service, staffing, labor and food safety compliance, inventory, customer experience, operational KPIs, and the local P&L, while managing employees and contracted partners. The General Manager will also develop talent, support store openings, represent Wonder with brand partners and local stakeholders, and drive operational and business growth. The position requires at least three years of experience leading complex operations, P&L ownership, and cross-functional collaboration, along with an applicable Food Manager Certificate, availability for nights and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
