Moove AV is hiring a General Manager to architect ride-hailing operations and lead Ride Hailing Operations, Fleet Development & Readiness, and Incident Response. The role owns the P&L, fleet and depot infrastructure, safety and regulatory compliance, partner and vendor relationships, AI-driven operational efficiency, KPIs, and team building. Candidates need 10+ years of experience in high-complexity operations, familiarity with Kaizen or Six Sigma, an engineering, logistics, operations management, or related degree, and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
