Blank Street is hiring a Hospitality Manager to lead high-volume coffee and matcha stores from the front line. The role owns drink quality, store cleanliness, recruitment, training, team development, shift design, labour productivity, inventory, waste, sales, and rollout of new initiatives. Candidates need at least two years of experience leading operations in high-growth hospitality or consumer brands, a hospitality management background, and strong P&L, labour, and inventory skills.
