Description

eJam is hiring a General Manager to lead its flagship BugMD consumer products brand from Santa Ana, California. The role owns the brand’s P&L and strategy across DTC, marketplace, and retail channels; drives revenue, margin, EBITDA, cash flow, supply chain, operations, and team development; and serves as the primary executive interface for investors, the Board, and future strategic buyers. The position requires extensive CPG general management experience, including full P&L ownership and omnichannel growth, and offers a $250,000–$275,000 base salary plus benefits.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10–20+ years in consumer packaged goods, including at least one leadership role with full P&L ownership
Scaling a consumer brand past $100 million, ideally beyond $200 million, or through an exit event
Operating across DTC, Amazon, and retail simultaneously with omnichannel expertise
Growing and managing retail sales from infancy
Leading or supporting fundraising, board meetings, and investor relationships
General management across operations, finance, commercialization, and go-to-market with strong financial literacy
Working knowledge of advertising, product safety, and retail compliance
Preferred Qualifications: Scaling a consumer brand beyond $200 million
Build-to-exit mindset and judgment in fast-moving environments
