Description
The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities in government and private infrastructure sectors, prepare and execute strategic business-development plans, track tenders and procurement opportunities, develop sector-specific growth strategies, build relationships with government bodies, public sector undertakings, and private developers, engage with clients for pre-bid meetings and presentations, develop partnerships, conduct market and competitor research, and represent the organization at industry events. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, infrastructure, or a related field and more than 15 years of experience.
