Description
The General Manager, Contract Logistics will provide overall operational leadership for a large or complex contract logistics site or group of related sites. The role owns safety, service, financial performance, customer relationships, workforce planning, capacity management, P&L responsibility, continuous improvement, compliance, and leadership development. It requires at least seven years of progressive third-party or contract logistics operations experience, strong logistics and customer-business-review experience, and proficiency with WMS, ERP, and reporting tools. The position is 100% on-site with up to 30% travel and offers $170,000–$190,000 annually.
