Hotel Equities is hiring a General Manager for its 97-room Courtyard by Marriott in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The role leads all property operations, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales, revenue generation, brand strategy, leadership development, owner communication, and local community relationships. Candidates need at least two years of hotel leadership experience, strong financial and P&L skills, working knowledge of a stay PMS, and the ability to drive revenue and guest satisfaction. The position offers a $70,000–$75,000 salary, quarterly bonus, health, vision, and dental insurance, a 401(k), and other benefits; local candidates are preferred and relocation is not offered.
