Description
Hologic is hiring a General Manager to lead its Breast & Skeletal Health business across the DACH, Benelux, and Nordic regions. The role owns regional strategy, commercial execution, transformation, team development, customer partnerships, and performance across direct and distributor-led markets in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland. It requires fluent English and German, extensive healthcare commercial leadership experience, P&L ownership, and 50–60% travel. Compensation is €120,000–€185,000 gross annual base plus commission, with an OTE of €180,000–€277,000 based on target performance.
