Instawork is hiring a General Manager, Data Centers to scale its flexible-worker marketplace for data center construction, operations, and infrastructure partners. The role owns growth strategy, partner relationships, supply-and-demand operations, compliance and safety processes, cross-functional execution, and thought leadership, with extensive travel to major data center markets. Candidates need at least four years of experience in commercial construction, data center operations, infrastructure scaling, or management consulting, and the IL-based base salary is $160,000–$200,000 with equity and benefits.
