DCOH is hiring a senior development executive based in Darwin to lead its development portfolio from site acquisition through sales. The role oversees feasibility, design, approvals, financing, procurement, construction, quality assurance, reporting, tender selection, contract negotiation, commissioning, and stakeholder relationships, while driving profitability, growth, sustainability, governance, and strategic partnerships. Candidates need a tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, architecture, or business/commerce, 10–15 years of leadership experience across high-rise, civil, and residential developments, and strong commercial, financial, planning, compliance, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
