Blank Street is hiring a General Manager to run a single store and lead its expansion. The role combines hands-on store operations with coaching and developing teams, driving customer engagement and NPS, owning P&L performance, improving sales and efficiency, maintaining compliance and food standards, and supporting new store openings. It is a full-time leadership position requiring 40 hours per week across five days, with peak availability on Fridays through Sundays, and includes private health and dental insurance, annual leave, and other benefits.
