Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a General Manager to lead the daily operations of a collision center, deliver strong customer experiences, achieve KPI and insurance metrics, manage budgets and financial targets, oversee estimates and store capacity, and coach and develop repair-facility staff. The role requires post-secondary education or equivalent and proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar setting.
