Description
Freenow by Lyft is hiring a German/Austrian Operations Leader to drive growth across Germany and Austria, reporting to the VP of Operations, Europe. The role owns the regional P&L, manages supply and demand, develops new revenue streams, leads a local growth team, aligns global product and technology roadmaps with local market needs, and builds relationships with regulators, government bodies, driver associations, and other stakeholders. The position requires experience leading senior teams with P&L ownership, commercial and stakeholder management, technology-marketplace expertise, and fluency in German and English; hybrid working is available.
