Hotel Equities is hiring a General Manager for its 120-room Hotel Erwin in Venice, California. The role leads all property operations, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales, revenue generation, brand strategy, owner relations, community engagement, and third-party partnerships. The General Manager must have at least two years of hotel leadership experience in a full-service boutique property, strong financial and operational skills, knowledge of Profitsword, ADP, and Opera, and the ability to work independently and mentor staff. The position offers a salary of $160,000–$175,000, a quarterly bonus, health, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, and other benefits.
