Hologic is hiring a General Manager for Iberia and Italy to lead growth across breast cancer screening, diagnostic imaging, and women's health. The role owns regional business performance, revenue, market share, profitability, strategic growth, capital equipment sales, tenders, partnerships, forecasting, and transformation, while leading commercial, service, and support teams and senior healthcare stakeholders. The position is based in Spain or Portugal, requires approximately 50–60% travel across Iberia and Italy, and offers a gross base salary of €120,000–€175,000 plus commission.
