The role offers a progressive training program aimed at developing the candidate into a restaurant General Manager, with responsibilities spanning restaurant operations, sales and labor review, food safety, staff training, customer service, and protection of cash and inventory. Candidates need at least one year of management experience, a valid driver’s license with driving history and an insured vehicle for driving managers, and must be available for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
