Madison Reed is hiring a full-time General Manager - Licensed Cosmetologist to lead Madison Reed Hair Color Bars. The role reports to the District Manager, manages front-of-house operations, sales, memberships, inventory, cleanliness, scheduling, recruiting, training, performance management, and team development, while also providing colorist support and district support as needed. Candidates must hold an active cosmetology license, have at least two years of salon and retail experience and two years of operational management experience, demonstrate strong colorist technical proficiency, and exceed operational performance metrics. The base salary is $70,304.00 with monthly bonus opportunities, and the role requires weekend, holiday, and peak-time availability.
