The role combines community marketing, founding-member recruitment, team hiring and development, studio operations, sales, and launch readiness, then transitions to ongoing studio leadership. The position requires at least three years of operations or general management experience, strong sales and analytical skills, entrepreneurial initiative, and the ability to teach Pilates classes and maintain an active in-studio presence.
