Description
The General Manager provides strategic and tactical leadership for a Wingstop restaurant, overseeing people development, staffing, hiring, training, safety, financial performance, budgets, sales, labor and food costs, operational standards, facilities, risk management, and team culture. The role requires at least five years of food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, Microsoft Office proficiency, knowledge of labor laws, strong communication and leadership skills, and availability for 50–60 hours per week including weekends and holidays.
