Description
Agilitech is hiring a General Manager of Construction to provide strategic, operational, and P&L leadership for its construction division, including field operations, quality control, facilities, fleet, and equipment. The role oversees project managers and superintendents, directs estimating and project selection, manages budgets and schedules, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, and develops client, vendor, and industry relationships. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, or a related field, and at least 10 years of construction or project management experience; renewable energy, prevailing wage, and commercial and industrial electrical construction experience are preferred. The position offers a $150,000–$175,000 base salary plus an annual bonus, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, and a preferred in-person work environment with hybrid flexibility for qualified local candidates.
