America’s Best is hiring a General Manager to lead an optical retail store and drive its sales, profitability, customer experience, and overall success. The role oversees daily operations, staffing, inventory, financial performance, merchandising, training, audits, compliance, marketing, and associate development, while partnering with the Doctor and reporting to the District Manager. Candidates should have at least five years of retail experience, supervisory experience preferred, knowledge of the optical industry preferred, and strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
