AEG is hiring a General Manager to oversee the overall operation of a physical venue, including staffing, finance, marketing, production, maintenance, safety compliance, vendor and partner relationships, budgeting, community engagement, training, and pre-opening transition. The role requires a four-year BA/BS degree in a related field, at least 10 years of related experience, venue-management experience, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The position offers a base salary of $97,734.63 to $125,000.00, a bonus opportunity, and full-time medical, dental, and vision insurance.
