Description
The General Manager will lead sales, customer service, staffing, training, visual merchandising, inventory, loss prevention, and operational standards at Veronica Beard’s Palm Beach store. The role is responsible for developing high-performing teams, meeting sales goals, managing wage costs, maintaining store appearance and brand standards, and representing the fashion and style of Veronica Beard. Candidates should have 3–5 years of luxury business experience, at least 2 years of retail store management experience in women’s apparel or a related field, strong leadership and communication skills, and availability for nights and weekends.
