The General Manager will lead 24Slides’ Peru office and Lima site, representing the company in the global leadership team and directing the Design, Customer Support, People Success & CSR teams. The role focuses on local decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, employee engagement, legal compliance, budget and financial performance, and local leadership development. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, advanced or fluent English, prior leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential, and strong strategic, communication, and cross-functional skills. The position offers a hybrid schedule, employer-paid health insurance after six months, wellness benefits, and a direct payroll contract under the Peruvian SME regulatory framework.
