Description
Dear Charlotte is hiring a full-time General Manager for its new Mediterranean-inspired rooftop restaurant, bar, and event destination in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role owns pre-opening, launch, and ongoing operations; builds and develops front-of-house and back-of-house leadership; establishes service standards and training systems; manages the restaurant P&L, labor, food and beverage costs, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and guest experience; and leads private events and revenue opportunities. The position requires at least five years of progressive restaurant management experience, prior new-restaurant-opening experience, full P&L ownership, and experience with elevated or beverage-forward operations. Compensation is $80,000–$90,000 plus a bonus opportunity, with health benefits, PTO, and dining perks.
