Colliers is hiring a General Manager for Retail in Hamilton, Ontario, to lead the operational, financial, strategic, tenant-relations, risk-management, and sustainability performance of a portfolio of retail properties. The role leads and develops a multidisciplinary property management team, oversees budgets and reporting, manages owner and asset-manager relationships, supports leasing and tenant retention, directs vendors and consultants, and drives ESG initiatives. Candidates need at least 10 years of progressive commercial real estate experience, including 5 years in senior property management leadership, a business, commerce, or economics degree or diploma, strong financial and project management abilities, commercial tenancy and real estate law knowledge, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and a valid Ontario driver’s licence with reliable vehicle access.
